  One of my special interests is Barbie, particularly the Barbie movies (only the animated ones, I don't plan to watch the live action one). This is my own ranking of the ones from the 2000s. Please keep in mind this is my own personal opinion! I do actually like all of the movies, but I like some more than others. I do not own Barbie. Barbie is owned by Mattel.  16. Three Musketeers -story was interesting, but it did feel dragged out at times 15. The Barbie Diaries -good story but a huge outlier because it’s not a whimsical fantasy story, which I prefer for Barbie. The animation quality is pretty bad, too. 14. Fairytopia -a good story but Elina’s subplot about not having wings and then getting wings felt a bit ableist. They should’ve at least made her wings removable. 13.   I unfortunately can't watch the anime right now because I don't have a subscription to Crunchyroll. But reading the manga is equally a fun experience! Spy x Family by Tatsuya Endo takes place in a location that seems to be inspired by Germany during the Cold War in real life. This fictional country is divided in two: Westalis and Ostania. Our MC is a spy with the codename Twilight and is from Westalis. He is tasked with a mission to get information from a shady government official from Ostania named Donovan Desmond, who only makes public appearances at his son's elite school. Twilight has to carry out the mission by adopting a kid, getting married to some woman, enrolling the kid into the academy, and pretending to be a parent in order to get information on Donovan. Twilight adopts the name Loid and adopts a telepathic girl from an orphanage named Anya. Anya immediately becomes attached to Loid, which is really cute to watch. TW: Things catching on fire mentioned  Another great Nancy Drew mystery! I gave it 5 stars . In this book, Nancy Drew is staying at the historical Lilac Inn for the wedding of her friend, Emily. When she arrives there, things start to get weird. Things vanish and move around, and some parts of the Inn's infrastructure seem to be malfunctioning. The Inn is rumored to be haunted, and Nancy is trying to figure out the logical explanation behind all of the mishaps. At the same time, someone stole Nancy's personal information and is pretending to be her, and Nancy starts getting accused of things she didn't do. So then Nancy has to figure out who her imposter is and put a stop to them.  Like the previous novels, the two seemingly separate mysteries happen to be connected at the end, and there are a ton of red herrings that will through you off course as you try to figure out the mystery with Nancy and her friends. The story begins with Nancy and her friend Helen almost getting shipwrecked on a lake during a thunderstorm. They are rescued by a girl named Laura Pendleton, who is currently going through some tough times since she lost her parents and will be going to live with new guardians who were good friends of her parents, named the Aborns. The Aborns are not very friendly people, and Laura needs Nancy and Helen's help with dealing with them, especially since she suspects they are out for her family fortune and jewelry. The three girls stay in a bungalow near the lake while they wait for the storm to subside, and Nancy leaves a note to the owner thanking them for using their property, even though she has no idea who they are, and part of the mystery is figuring out who the owner of the bungalow is.   For some reason, it took me a really long time to read this book. The first time I tried reading it was way back in high school, and I only got halfway through it and I got caught up reading other stuff. Then I tried reading it again in August this year and, if you've been keeping up with me, I got caught up reading other things. I finally read the whole thing a few days ago.
