Favorite Authors Part 7: Judy Blume

A much shorter post today. She's probably the most popular middle grade and YA author of all time! When I was a kid, I read three of Judy Blume's books: Tales of a 4th Grade Nothing, Are You There God? It's me. Margaret , and It's Not the End of the World . I love all three of them!  I tried reading Iggie's House a while ago, but I didn't like it very much. I actually DNF'd it. But now I have almost all of her books on my TBR! I especially want to read the rest of the Fudge series.  Did you know she's written a couple of books for adults, too? I am thinking about checking them out.  I found out there is a nonfiction book that came out recently by Rachelle Bergenstein that details Judy Blume and her impact on children's literature. There's also a documentary movie that came out last year about her impact on young adult literature called J udy Blume Forever (not to be confused with her book of the same name).
